PATIENT INFORMATION

Health services are under severe pressure.  GP Practices have set in place contingency plans to deal with the pandemic and therefore usual appointment procedures and services will have significant restrictions in order to reduce the risk to patients and staff, and maintain services.

We are all taking the necessary precautions with the aim of limiting the traffic in and out of surgeries and screening any patients entering the paremises for appointments to minimise the risk to you and others.  Please see your own practice website for more detail on access which you can get to here via the Penderi Cluster website CLICK HERE
